WHAT IS ABRASION 

Welcome back to this article on WHAT IS ABRASION. And abrasion is very important to note because the impact is so danger or harm because they said there erosion occurs. So whether ABRASION UNDERSTANDING THE BEACH?

 ABOUT ABRASION 

ABRASION is the process whereby coastal erosion caused by the power of ocean waves and ocean currents that are destructive. Abrasion or other words commonly called coastal erosion. Shoreline damage is caused by the disruption of the natural balance of the shore area. And although Abrasion can be caused by a natural phenomenon but humans who serve as the main cause of abrasion. This abrasion can occur because they several factors, among others, natural factors, human factors, and one to prevent the abrasion occurrence the planting of mangrove forests. some natural factors that can cause abrasion among others, the wind blowing over the ocean, causing waves and ocean currents that have the power to erode  one beach area.

As a result of this abrasion will cause a thrilling beach rock or soil off the coast so that in time they will be separated from the mainland and will undergo abrasion. Abrasion is the process occurs when a moving sea breeze produce currents and waves leads to the beach, so if this process takes a long time will erode the coast.
The strength of the biggest waves can occur at the time of the storm and the storm is what accelerates the process coast. Abrasion is attributed to natural factors can also be caused due to human factors, such as sand mining example, said that because of sand mining is so important to abrasion a beach that can lead to the depletion of marine sand and this affects the speed and direction of ocean currents due to hit the beach .

The definition Abrasion is the process Coast beach erosion caused by the power of ocean waves and ocean currents that are destructive. One human action that makes the abrasion is conducting making stone and sand on the coast to be used as building materials and so forth. In addition, removal of trees in the forest or coastal mangrove forests can occur abrasion spur faster.

SOME COASTAL ZONE WHICH CAN ABRASION COLLAPSE BEACH TREES ARE: 

• Zone Barringtonia
  Barringtonia zone where there are several types of trees Barringtonia asitica, Pongamia pinnata Merr, Cordia subcordata L, Calophyllum inophyllum L. Terminilia cattapa L. 
• Zone Ipomea pescaprae
  This zone is dominated by Ipomea pescaprae and spinifex littoreus / wind grass 

As for how to PREVENT HAPPEN ABRASION 

1. Mangrove Tree Planting 
2. Maintain Mangrove tree or other tree species 
3. Planting trees in coastal forests
